This eyeshadow + lip + contour makeup stick has a matte, rich cocoa brown tone that looks incredible on all skin tones. Giving a finish ranging from deep earthy, autumn neutral to barely-there nude. Ingredients that act as skincare first give you a gorgeous look while nourishing your skin.

Note: Fluxus is a much more matte formula meant to last longer on the skin. Always vegan and Uni-versally-sexy.

In creating FLUXUS lip + cheek tint, Gloria was inspired by the concept of ever-changing, in flux motion not only in how you want to look from day to day but also within personal identity. The core of what NOTO is about. Celebrating you being you, authentically and fiercely.

How to use: Twist up and apply wherever you’d like to add contour, color, a subtle stain, or full-on opacity. Layer on NOTO’s contour makeup stick for full color or tap the excess off with a tissue for a subtle stained look.

Create a monochromatic look by using just this one color on lips, cheeks, and eyes, or add your favorite Multi-Bene colors to complement. Use NOTO’s Duo brush to buff on the contour or the other end for precision on the lips or eyes.

TIP: Use alone on lips or add on top of lip liner for a strong look. Apply NOTO’s lip + cheek tint and blot off the excess for a subtle stain on lips, cheeks, or eyes. Use a subtle amount along the hairline, cheekbones, and tip of the nose for a bronzed, sun-kissed look.
